Weekly Meetings

Weekly meetings will be held for our Free Company. Upcoming meetings will be announced on the Free Company Board that members will see upon logging in the game (as well as the website) at least three days prior to the intended meeting. If you have any days that you are currently free, please suggest a "best time" you would be available to have a meeting. Meetings will be an ideal time to ask any questions or concerns you may have concerning our Free Company, so never hesitate to remember/write down any questions you may have while you are playing FFXIV so that we may discuss them.

Since our Free Company is currently a minimum size, meeting topics will be based in FC chat, based on suggestions for the Free Company as well as events anyone would like to plan. Once our Free Company attains 20 members, we will then hold weekly meetings in our Free Company house.

Any topics discussed in the meeting will have notes generated and have a link posted on our website's front page for people to view in case they are unable to attend the meeting in person, as to promote equality and fairness to other players who feel left out. However, since I would like to encourage live discussion in order to effectively enact any improvements to our Free Company, I will provide incentives for players who attend official scheduled meetings.
