Rank Explanations

Alpha
Free Company Master Status. Is the only member who can withdraw gil from the Company Chest.

    Beta (Head Officer)
Being the highest rank, these members not only have the rights of all previous statuses, but also exceeds expectations of the Free Company. Beta members will act as a type of "Head officer," overlooking the current and future condition of the Free Company; these members will be the people to go to if they are having problems with the state of the Free Company or any conflicts with other members, resolving them in the appropriate fashion. Betas will have the permissions available to recruit or dismiss other members. To be eligible for the Beta status, members must currently have a Delta status and will be specially chosen by the Free Company Master (Alpha). Decision will be based on several factors such as Activeness, Contribution toward Free Company events/dungeons/trials, Friendliness, helpfulness, proper decision-making skills, and others, all exceeding expectations and will essentially act as an image of what the Free Company stands for, being a role model for others. This member will also have the option to organize events if they so choose. In the event that the FC Master must leave the FC, a Beta member will be selected to become the FC Master. It is possible to have multiple Beta members.

      Delta (Officer)
This rank is given to members who are considered a trusting part of the Free Company and is held in high regard. Member consistently assists with dungeons/trials/donations toward housing, etc., and is very helpful to other members of the Free Company in need. This status also grants the ability to recruit other players into our Free Company. In addition, members with this status are allowed free access to depositing/withdrawing items from the Company Chest. To be eligible, this member must maintain a consecutive status for at least 30 days and be nominated in an election by players.

        Hunter
Default rank of a member who has been a part of the Free Company for more than 15 days and is considered a permanent member. This status change is only in name, however it allows for the depositing of items & gil into the Company Chest. Until we accumulate 20 members, this status will allow for recruiting other players.

          Pup
New member. Member will maintain this rank for 15 days with no exception.

            Rank Nominations

The ratio of Delta members I would like is 1:10 (again, this is subject to change depending on how smooth our Free Company flows later on). So, when we receive our eleventh Free Company member, we will hold a type of election. In our weekly meeting, we will hold this anonymous election system where players will suggest in a /tell to the FC master who they believe will be eligible to be an officer (Delta Rank) for our Free Company. If the player is not able to attend the weekly meeting, they will be able to alternatively contribute by sending mail via the Moogle Mail system no later than 24 hours after the meeting is held in order to nominate a player to be an officer. Note: a member may not vote themselves to be nominated. The player who receives the most votes will become an officer on the following day, being notified via Moogle Mail (if possible) as well as having it announced on the Company Board and the website. In the event that there is a tie between nominees, I will decide by placing my own vote and break the tie; however, please note that I will never make an announcement about a tie occurring. Members who are eligible to become an officer must currently have a "Hunter" status; any members below this status will not be eligible to be nominated.
